  1. Looks like a cub. Maybe 80lbs? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  2. Poachers will pay for their sins. Bold move admitting your Dad is a poacher when it's easy to track down your name/address and with a few minutes of digging figure out who your Dad is and then it's all over for Pops. I'd be shocked if he hunts this year. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  3. Well I got my Dad off the Catskills land due to the distance. He has recently been walking properties in Orange County in 3M. Anyone hunt there? Rifles allowed which is what my Dad wants and most places he has looked at are around 40-50minutes away all highway Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  4. I keep all my tags, used or unused since I was 12 years old. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

  6. 3S is filled with monsters including the NYS record typical archery I believe. Westchester is bow only and probably ranks up there as one of the best units for big bucks in all of NYS Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  7. Agree. These stats seem odd. I would think the pilot reported the hit, no? How can it be known the species of bird but not the airline? Lastly, it appears none of these planes were damaged, so what does it matter? 47 collisions with doves in 2 1/2 years across the entire state of NY, that has to be a very small fraction below 1% of all flights coming/going to NY during this time. In other words, 47 is irrelevantSent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  8. Drove by it this morning and somebody cut the head off Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  9. Weak G2s lol. But actually like the one farthest left the best actually. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  10. Good info thx Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  11. Thx. I asked the previous owners and they said they were both allergic to apples so they never tried them and have no idea what they are. They bought the house in 2007 and they (apple trees) were there already. These 2 apple trees were bright white in color back in early May if that means anything. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  12. ? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  13. I don't know the rules of taking antlers from roadkill bucks, but for those interested there is a beautiful 8point (at a minimum) on route 134 west between the taconic and 9A in Ossining/Yorktown. I drove by it this morning just before 8am. It looked to be still in velvet. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  14. Thanks all. Anyway for me to find out what kind of apple they are? Like gala or mcintosh, etc.? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  15. Yes, I got married in June. Yes, my wife bakes. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  16. Only have a 1/2 acre with houses all around. Otherwise, I would have taken out the woodchuck family that eats the apples every morning and night. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  17. Family of woodchucks eat them everyday. Guess I'll try one. If they are good, I will have hundreds if not thousands if I use a ladder or stick to get them all from up high. They are loaded Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  18. Pics below Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  19. This is my first year living at this house and I thought I had 2 crab apple trees in the backyard. However, now I'm wondering if they are edible because they are producing some decent sized red apples. I cut a few open and they smell good but I just have no idea. So how do I tell the difference? I'll take some pics and post soon. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  20. And a stogie! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

  22. Bought this coffee table in 2012 > http://www.raymourflanigan.com/lakefield-glass-coffee-table-300212583.aspx I paid around $320 after tax for it. FOR SALE: $75 or best reasonable offer. Must pick-up in Northern Westchester County. Condition of the table is very good. A few small nicks on the wood and the glass is mint.
  23. Felix the House Cat. 9.73lbs 4 2/8" skull Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  24. Why does everyone think long distances are impossible? Must be a NY thing. In other news, another giant was killed at long range today, 82yards. Should this guy have waited for it to come to 25yards? Lol. Was he in treestand? no way Many antelope and deer will be killed this month and the coming months at distances greater than 50 yards with compounds and xbows.
