Crossbows proposed in all seasons 2021

The logic is to keep.performance on par with a 70 lb pull compound. As for limbwidth that can change as new designs allow for narrower limbs ( it was initially.put in place to qell fears of shooting it out of vehicles ) as i said i have no issue with lb limit , 400fps is fast enough for game under 50 yards same as a top. End compound. -

You cant use a cannon to hunt deer so there is a maximum. Punt guns are illegal for waterfoul now.. so i have no issue with maximum 400 fps is quite capable within lb limits. Making archery course mandatory and learning that though a x bow can shoot 100 yards off a rest accuratly the game will most likely move before arrow gets there so the lbs limit makes sense. No reason to temp long shots cause it has more fps. -
Ive tried the hybrid oaks 15 years now still no nuts my regualr red oak are already producing, i bilieve its just to cold for hybrid in my area. I would push chestnuts but like ant tree your planting you nee to protect them from deer a d small game damaging bark

There are a lot of late ripening apple available This list has few https://homeguides.sfgate.com/very-late-ripening-apples-43820.html You also need to look for late blooming apples as a late frost could do in yourcrop by killing blossoms, a good mix is best bet As for best trees to plant are american chestnut ( dunstan) they dont flower till july a d produce bountiful crops when they start producing around 5 years after planting. Nuts drop early oct. Hazelnut is a good shrub and produces quickly, but nuts are usually raided by squirrels by end of sept. Variety is ket but if you planning on using as a food late season attractant lean toward late producers of mast

They have minimum caliber for rifle for deer so why not on a crossbow or a bow.( drawweight) i dont have problem with it , shotgun only areas for years.. -
How to break up your silhouette in the stand
G-Man replied to Northcountryman's topic in Deer Hunting
Really your set up is the most important ,if your sitting in wide open woods ,deer will see you unless your really high, set up in heavier cover where you can hear a deer coming , and when you see it its in range already and your shot is mere seconds away haveing drawn your bow or raised your rifle while it was just a sound coming innyour direction. A stand site should not afford you the best view ,but should allow to a oppertunity at a deer that you may see. -

Hang on stand , sectional ladder, snow camo. Usually when there is snow its muzzleloader and we do drives. Sneak in set up and wait for deer to come -

But yet archers pushed for compound(easier) mechanical releases( just like a trigger) lighted pins ( idk sunset is legal shooting hours why do you need lighted pins) extended season, extra tag all pushed for and gotten by "archers"oh and electronic calls allowed, let alone treestands.. all designed to make archery easier yet you say they want harder ,perhaps you hunt with himmade stick bow and stone heads( flintknapping is a true skill) ...... the only ones that have a complaint are traditional/primative archers... if you use any of the above methods or things you already sold out... Lets just pass this making it archery equipment and requre the archery course and be done. 99% of people i know that have a x-bow all have or still shoot compound bow. The hypocrisy of the archery is hard / difficult complaint is astounding. -

Very smart move. Anyone using a crossbow ,or hoping to in all of archery should do so,it will be required when it happens ,get it now and get ahead. -
Best thing about early season ,if you have a buck patterend you will see a lot of buck as bachelor groups are still together.. down fall is if the food source changes you may see nothing. Imo early season is better use of sick and personal days ,a scheduled week is better last week of oct 1st week of nov.. pre rut searching phase.

That is up for constitutional amendment, ( another post on site) would remove all politics from game and fish management -
Well they become larger ,at least they will still be what they were when done.
