Something about this guy ..

Lots of dirtbags in this sport .I was out at the range one day ,throwing a few rounds down range .Had a couple of winners drinking and smoking a bowl prior to sighting in their rifles for deer season .Trash in all walks of life .

If it wasn’t for a rare lucky occurrence on Thanksgiving,I’d be in the same boat .Like what was said above ,it can change in seconds . My biggest deer was shot that way .It was that last day or Archery ,9:30 am .I had to get going as my Wife had a doctor appointment.Just as I thought my archery buck streak was coming to an end ,I happened to look up a beauty was headed my way .The rest was history .Ironic enough ,This guy shows up on the last day of archery this year at 8:30 am ,same spot as the one I got the year prior .I wasn’t in the woods as I tagged out earlier .Moral of the story ,stick it out to the last day ,last minute .Ps-I’ll catch up with this guy next year lol

Never payed much attention to any blood coming from an animal .I use loppers to quickly remove the feet .When beaver are freshly skinned ,they bleed good .Just how it is .I get massive bags of saw dust from a mill so I always have it on hand to use it to soak up any kind of blood/grease if need be .I’ll also toss fur in a tumbler with saw dust if I need to dry or clean it .Do mostly fox and coyotes in the tumbler .

Flavor is castor if you accidentally mix the two lol

Good fox numbers this year ,low coyote catch and more possums then I care for .Pulling this week .I’ll be in Tampa this time next week for 2 weeks on a Lagoon ,and I’ll witness Brady most likely whip the Bills live LOL.
