Yes ,and can get very smart .Smart where they start jamming sticks ect in your traps to set them off .

And in the trapping industry .Sucker born every minute .Amazing how people are so easily influenced .After this whole Covid ordeal ,I see now . I’ll never rule out having a bit of luck when hunting never hurt either .

Heading out in a few hours for the my last evening hunt of the year(unless holiday season is for sure a go)My sit location has been racing through my head for awhile now on where I think I’ll make the right decision.

I hear ya .all I’ve seen this year were 2 bucks ,one I shot .First time ever not having or even seeing a doe yet (within 200 yards ) in gun season .I won’t be the one to say their all gone and dead .They are there imo,just not where I need them to be .

Love shooting this ,just don’t get out much with it .Usually use a bow in late season if I have tags left .

I shoot triple 7 pellets out of a Traditions .50.The few times I went out and had the issue it was raining ,and I brought the gun from a warm house directly outside .Assuming either or both were my issue ?Target shooting never have an issue .Definitely operator error . Last year ,I had a doe at 40 yards ,pulled the trigger and it sounded like a dud firework .Didn’t even think the round made it 10 feet .I checked where the doe was at and found blood .Came back the next day and tracked that little blood to my friends back yard where the deer was feeding overnight .

My comment wasn’t directed at you ,just in general .Seems every time I’m ready to shoot something with a m-loader ,some how I have moisture issues .So ,the deer are safe from me with that LOL.
