Oregon Situation

They do the same thing with the Bible & The Constitution. Pick out the parts they like & ignore the rest. It doesn't matter how they infringe on the rights or beliefs if anyone else. -
We had a delicious Prime rib dinner at a small tavern in the Adirondacks & timed our arrival at the theater 15 minutes before the 7:00 PM start time posted on the internet site. We were informed that the move started at 6:39! They have no control of what is posted on the internet WTF! We are going for lunch at the Chinese buffet restaurant next door to the theater & will see the 1:30 PM matinee this afternoon.

That scope mount looks like the one on my son's RWS M48. What does it measure across the top? -

That looks like it is from back in the day when they used nice walnut in just about all guns. What year was it made? -

This is priceless. WTF is wrong with these imbeciles? Are they really that stupid or is it just unbridled arrogance? http://www.oregonlive.com/oregon-standoff/2016/01/protester_arrested_in_burns_dr.html -

The 1st pol of the jury was 7 not guilty, 3 guilty & 2 undecided. How in the hell did they ever convince the majority of change their minds?

And after all that miraculous clean up in the garage & the bedroom, (they even jack hammered a crack in the floor of the garage & found zilch) he managed to wipe every fingerprint off her car but left some small spots of blood. And why wasn't her DNA found on the car keys? Only Steve Avery's DNA was present. How is that even be possible? As for the bullet" A shot through the skull & there was no bone embedded in the bullet. They had to do a "wash" to find DNA? Whether he did it or not, one thing seems certain. The cops planted evidence. Reminds me of the near perfectly symmetrical blood spots at the O J Simpson murder scene. Supposedly from O J as he "fled" the scene. Ever see a symmetrical blood spot in a blood trail unless the deer was standing?

Same here. We have a "date" for dinner & a movie. 7:30 PM. Maybe I'll get "lucky"? We saw "The Dark Night" at a drive-in. That was pretty cool with the speakers integrated with the car stereo system.

Lease is the problem. Many can't afford to "lease". -

I used the term imbeciles to describe their posting videos of themselves committing a crime. Only an imbecile or someone with a serious delusion would do that. Then again it could just be plain old arrogance. -

Their rights do not trump the rights of other United States citizen that they are trying to denying access. Funny how a 79 year old man wasn't having any of their nonsense & made one of these big brave armed militants fall down on his A$$ when they tried to intimidate him. -

Exactly, that is how dense these imbeciles are. They will eventually go to court & be tried for this as well as the other crimes they are committing. I think the feds are just giving then enough rope to hang themselves. BTW, the fence in question did not belong to the rancher, it belonged to the refuge that put it up with full knowledge of the land owner. They have now supplied evidence that they destroyed public property. Right smart of them. The land owner is doing the repairs to keep his own cattle contained. -
Wouldn't telling them that you have a firearm give them the right to search your vehicle?

Can you produce a video of that land owner asking the refuge trespassers to remove the fence? -

Here you go. The clown circus continues. The refuge trespassers are now trespassing on neighboring private property tearing down fences setting rancher's cattle loose. The angry rancher had to go out & repair those fences himself. Theses clowns would be a great comedy act if they weren't infringing on the rights of everybody else for their own selfish delusions. http://www.oregonlive.com/oregon-standoff/2016/01/rancher_i_didnt_know_anything.html -

This has about as much credibility as the "BLM burning out ranchers" bullshit videos you posted. He was the fire chief of the local VFD & he resigned because the Judge had issues with him serving on a "committee" formed by the refuge trespassers. You're really grasping at straws now aren't you? -
Obama executive order a go.....
wildcat junkie replied to growalot's topic in Gun and Hunting Laws and Politics Discussions
Cuomo was backed by the Koch brothers. His adds were a cut paste of Alice Stephonics (sp?) adds & there were even Republicans backing him. His opponent was a sacrificial lamb put there by the Republican party to make it look like a real election. The only real challenge Cuomo had was in the primary buy a late coming unknown that took 35% of the vote.Cuomp is the worst of both worlds, a gun grabbing conservative. -
Wildlife vs. Welfare Ranchers
wildcat junkie replied to Curmudgeon's topic in Gun and Hunting Laws and Politics Discussions
If you are referring to the 1st sentence, it did not meet the 5 year minimum sentencing requirements & therefore the judge could not reduce the term to less than that according to law. That is why the feds won on appeal and the Hammonds were sent back to serve the rest of the 5 year terms. .
