    Plots are liking the rain and weather we have been experiencing.

    Saw 6 all flatheads some were active but nothing close. Would like to get some cold weather but it’s not looking great at the moment. Usually by the end of the month things improve.

    Givin it a go in 7f. Blew a few deer out of plots on walk in hopefully they reappear soon

    Just settled in and deer in the plots already rain stopped now and have to do a 4pm conference call. Might as well do it in the Buckform

    They pound them here along with beech nuts too. Yeah the whole walk in and out I’m stepping on and crunching hickory nuts. They also seem to be hitting the plots very hard this year large family groups spent the morning in my plots. I see a lot of guys say the deer don’t hit their plots that’s not the case here the food sources work the way they’re supposed to here. It’s too early to mow leaves and nuts on the trail in….couple weeks and I will.
