Plots are ready for the opener. Bumper crop of fall Turkey flocks here as I have bumper crop of hickory beech apples and pears. Some larger flocks now and growing.

40 years for me this year.

I will hit the back 40 and based on the wind be in a ground blind or tree stand. Seeing a lot of does fawns and turkeys. Can’t wait

Caught the evening herd in my radishes while mowing last night. It amazes me how I can drive right up to him on the tractor.

I tried but it didn’t come in good some of the beans did but they got devoured earlier in the summer. Mowed a 30 yd strip down the field a couple weeks ago and it’s already started to green up in spots should be a nice shooting sendaro

Plots and wildlife enjoying the nice weather we have had recently.

Same here they are a bumper crop this year as are the pears. My trees have never carried the fruit they are holding this year. My yard is also full of hickory nuts which also is a strong crop at my place this year. The last two weeks we have had deer in the yard all day along with turkeys to now it’s a very good year for soft mast in my area
