Picked up my first pistol

Went with a used s&w, between gun, 5 factory mags and 700rds walked out for under $600.  Taking it to the range tomorrow for some trigger time.

Awesome, what model did you get. I'm in the 1911 market right now. Looking at buying lightly used. It will be the first semi-auto handgun I've had in probably 10 years.

Wow was this a mom and pop gun shop deal? You could blow through a 100 rounds tomorrow and turn around and sell it for a profit the next day if you didn't like it. Nice purchase.

Right place right time from a local shop.  I will admit someone I know had 9mm he was looking to get rid of and that’s where half the ammo came from. However 300rounds of blazer 115 only cost me $80 from the dealer. I’ll be going back to by the last couple boxes tomorrow if they are still there.

Where exactly is this gun shop? I could make a 6 hour round trip and still come out on top

Congrats ! That’s a nice overall package at a fair price .

Guys need to remember here it’s a used Shield ,new you can get one for around $320 , Blazer hardball is $16 a box so he got $96 worth for $80 , toss the five mags and the other ammo and it’s a nice over all deal .

Im not driving six hours nice , but nice .
