phade
I don't know about down state seasons, but here, once regular season opens up, you can only use DMPs and regular tags. The Bow/MZ can be used in the late season in the SZ...as can the regular tag and DMPs.
Elmo
No you cannot. Scroll 2 pages down and look under the section "Deer Tag Types and Privileges" http://www.dec.ny.gov/outdoor/8305.html
DTG3k
No you cannot. Bow/ml tags are for bow/ml only. Dmps can be used whenever. Regular season buck tag can be used during regular season or the late bow/ml.
Five Seasons
no. but you can use regular for late season.
steve863
Who would need doe tags then, if we could use the bow/ml tag during the regular season?? Everything would be shot up and I doubt there would be anything left!

If you are going to LWood, you better get there by like 4-5am for a spot. There are only 2-3 spots, I heard it fills up quick. I never hunted it opening weekend. BizCT
You should hunt dark to dark tomorrow. A lot of guys will leave the woods at around 10-11am and they will kick deer up for sure. Then 2-3pm hunters will come back and again kick deer up. Definitely stay still and quiet all day long. I'll be hunting dark to dark saturday and sunday less than 10 miles away from you.
