traditions pursuit ?

I'm sighting in my ml for the first time and a guy there suggested 2 777 pellets instead of 3 my ml suggests 80-150 grains for 250 grain sabot. Any suggestions on weather I should use 2 or 3? Thanks.

100gr. (2 pellets) with a 250 will do the job.

A few people who shoot pellets seem to do OK with 150 gr...but most shoot 100 gr.

Many people I know who shoot Traditions do well with BH209 powder. Might want to look into that.

I put three pellets in my TC 209 Wildcat just once. Thank God it was just before bow season bc I couldn't shoulder any gun for about a week without wincing in pain. 2 work just fine out to 200 yards.

FYI - Triple 7 puts out magnum sized pellets (red box), ~65gm equivalent.

Start with 2. If that makes them fly good stick with, it if not try 3 pellets. My gun shoots awesome, at 100 yards ,with two pyrodex pellets (100 grns) behind a 300 grain bullet. Everyones gun will be different do start with two pellets and see what happens. Good luck

Mine shoots a 250 great with the equivalent of 2.

If you want to sight it in you may want to look at lose powder where you can move in 5 grain increments to get the optimum load for it
