Nobody will ship anything to NY right now

On another board someone claimed that this site has NOT stopped shipping to NY. Dont know how true it is. I went there and couldnt find a dang thing that was for sale on the front page but then did a search for items and sure enough they popped up.

I dont think they will.This is a "line in the sand" thing.I wouldn't blame any company out there to say " I wont make a 7 round clip just for NY.Its what NY state senate wants though.This is a win win for them.They shut us down for the time being and if the gun manufacturers shun us then thats fine with them also.

If gun manufacturers refuse to make 7 round magazines it might actually be to our benefit in court because that directly impacts our right to self defense that has been decided twice in the last decade.

Although if they do decide to make them we still have the argument the police used when they found out there weren't any exemptions made for them. The criminals will still be loading 10 rounds in their magazines and we will be limited to 7 how is that self defense?

Where was this at? I know that Mao-Mart requires that, but never had to show that at Gander.

I called Cabelas and they indicated that they are shipping ammo to NYS, but not mags more than 7 rounds.

Midway USA denied my order of speer deep curls , xtp's and crush rib sabots today. I had to get the bullets from Powder Valley and Sabots from Cabelas . Both shipped to NYS as of 6pm or so. Not looking good

Yep, Cabelas is shipping here again. Just wait guys, once the laws are actually explained better, companies can see what they can and cant sell here.
