Dead Coyote

I had to go into Webster this am to get the oil changed in my car . I saw a dead coyote on 104 between Knickerbocker and Ontario Center roads . On the way back , I made a U-turn and stopped to check it out . Of all the times not to have a camera in the car . Grrrrrrrrrrr !

Looks like a fair sized coyote.

Had one road killed over the summer near Sodus.

Work... one LONG commute! (~1hr. each way...)    Gives me time to look for roadkilled coyotes anyway...

I checked when I drove by around lunch time, but it was gone! Do you suppose it was just there taking a nap? Heavy sleeper?? Playing possum?? ..... LOL

That's the way I like to see coyotes....dead!  Lot's of them around here unfortunately.
