Great video, but I still haven't figured out how the fawn got in there in the first place. In the second place, how did anyone know it was in there?

It probably fell in a small hole and was crying for mama.  They can be pretty loud when they are stressed, awesome video thanks!

I wondered same thing, must have just fell and kinda got wedged. I am sure its distressed call got someones attention.
