BizCT
Wow, thats really cool! Will you have the taxidermist mount it with the velvet on? Hopefully it was handled the right way. Velvet is very delicate. Sent from my PC36100 using Tapatalk
Lee Gill
Yes i handled it with care. The taxidermist said he has to put injections into the rack to preserve velvet. He is very skilled and been doing for 20 years so im confident it will come out perfect.

WNY Bowhunter
Got a tag for that antlered deer? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Nope...found her floating down the creek practically in my yard. I called the DEC and explained the situation and they said it was okay to keep it. The meat was not edible as the carcass was a solid block of ice.
Marion
should do a full body mount to prove it was a doe
Culvercreek hunt club
Ok, so I have heard of these and to be honest I really feel lazy and don't want to google....lol. Do these does drop their antlers every year? If not, Do they continue to grow so an older antlered doe could have a bigger rack? (now you guys be nice on that one) And to the OP. did you get the doe aged?
Five Seasons
Yes i am pretty excited about it . landtracdeerhunter
Congrats! Comparing the head structure of the OP to WNY's, the heads look different. Could be the straight on pic of the OP though. Edited November 26, 2013 by landtracdeerhunter
