Looks like Phil saw his shadow, so we are in for another 6 weeks of cold, snowy, miserable winter weather. More cabin fever!!

Not good though...for we got the freezing rain/slush last night and it's snowing pretty hard right now...this is what I feared...hope it doesn't get too deep...I walked a couple of areas yesterday that had been frost heaved and frozen...it had melted just enough to break...dang near broke my ankle the first time the top let loose...ground had heaved a good 6-8 inches and trapped my foot when it let loose....not good for deer

No matter how you slice it or dice it, we have another 6 weeks, month and a half, half dozen weeks of winter! Lol!

My wood stacks are holding out and the freezer's full  of meat. If the freezer gets low, I've eaten groundhog before!

Sad thing is, he's about as accurate and reliable as most weathermen, and he didn't even go to college!
