I pulled out of the farm the coyotes came from yesterday. They let me trap, but would like the first week of SZ gun season to hunt then have me come back.

I love catching yotes every time I get one I think of how many fawns small doe , cats or other small animals it has killed ...keep catching yotes till last day of season to help other populations

I'm hunting until Sunday Monday and then it's 6:00am long line to work and then the other half on the way home and water opens the 25th I can't wait to catch some rats and beaver and mink ....

We got several inches of snow. Gonna slow me down on K9's for a few days.

Possums possums and more possums lately I killed atleast 25 last year jeesh I need some farmland to trap instead of the woods around me I've been trapping ... but getting some blind sets out ahead of this storm tonight so maybe I can get a fox since the one I caught this year was mange and dead when I found him .. we are supposed to get an inch here it would be good for me I like seeing what new routes these canines are running around me

In what region are you looking for a class? If it were not opening morning I would ask that question on NYTrappers for you, but there's no reason you cant join the site and ask. Good luck

Got called home early from hunting lease by landlord saying he shot my coyote in the trap I get home and he shot it with a 30-06 and now it's ruined with a hockey puck hole in the neck ..
