After xmass I am sending my white thunderbolt to get black iced by Lee at black ice . I have heard nothing but great thing s about his work.

After several rounds in my white thunderbolt the black ice looks brand new, I would highly recommend it. I might send my omega x7 out to get done next

I can't figure pics out but it's coated over a stainless barrel, it now looks like a blued , matte finish

I can't find on the website. Is this still a dipped product that is then heat treated or is it applied differently? I was going to get the metal parts of my 700 coated with something. Going to have to look into this.

I did. They don't do a very good job showing pics of the black ice portion.
