Chicken Wing Dip

Thought with New Years Eve and the Super Bowl coming up I would share a very easy dipping recipe that we love.

 

Choose your wing sauce to your taste. We like the mild. I also know folks that substitute Ranch Dressing for the Blue Cheese

 

Enjoy.

 

2 packages of cream cheese softened at room temp
2 larger cans of chicken
1 bottle of chicken wing sauce
2 bags of grated taco cheese
1 bottle of blue cheese salad dressing

 

In foil pan spread cream cheese on the bottom of the pan in an even layer.

 

In a bowl place drained chicken and chicken wing sauce. Stir well, mixing to coat all the chicken and breaking chicken up.

Place half the chicken mixture over the cream cheese and spread evenly. Place one bag of taco chees over this and spread evenly. Drizzly ½ bottle of blue cheese dressing on the cheese and spread in a thin coating to cover the cheese. Repeat with the second half of the ingredients.

Bake at 350 until bubbly and the cheese is thoroughly melted. About 30-40 minutes.
Serve hot with dipping chips, like Fritos scoops. 

 

Optional:  finish off on broil to lightly crust up the top.

Me too, guess I was expecting by the topic title to see a recipe for actual wings and not a chip dip. Sounds good all the same! Maybe Tostitos multigrain scoops instead of the Fritos...or just a spoon?

I think you'll find it right near the tuna. Makes some really easy chicken salad as well. Lol

I have never had issues with canned tuna, white tune. I am not sure if i ever knew there was chicken in a can. I am sure i have had that dip and now i will be wondering if i see it if its from  a can.

Everywhere has canned chicken. Its usually right by the tuna.

Yep, near chicken of the sea also near the canned lobster . But are these pieces large enough to hold and dip ?.
