  Very cool/nice, but there's a lot of extra steel work there  just for looks.  Straight  steel towers alone were a lot of work to put together!

Yeah, it's someones idea of art.  There are others around that look like men or other things.  Not sure if these are stronger or if a good storm might knock them down.  Also have to wonder if their customers pick up the tab for the extra expense.

 

Besides, they have to be fixed every time the bucks drop their antlers!  LOL!

Sometimes the extra expense will pay off in marketing or tourism for the town. Otherwise you could argue the Statue of Liberty, Mount Rushmore etc were all a waste.
