2012_taco
I tried to make some but the recipe i followed turned out more like sausage. They taste and look better when made professionally. Can't figure out how you can take a red meat and make it look like a white hot?

I was wondering what guys are using to make them? ground venison (trimmed) and pork fat. mix in hot dog seasoning mix, snack stick seasoning mix, and high temp cheddar cheese, and water to loosen things up to mix and stuff it.
