I called the bar on the corner for corn beef and cabbage at 4pm and they were already sold out im very disappointed

 

Bummer.........

 

 

In lieu of tonight's dinner, pick up a half price corned beef tomorrow from Tops or Wegmans and cook it up for supper.  It'll be just as good or better.  Actually, I've never had CB at a restaurant.  Only at home...............

It was so easy...did it covered in the frog. and vac sealed it...I got the recipe either here or another hunting site...I'll check and post later....It's the best tasting "corned beef" I've ever had.you couldn't tell it was venison...except no fat and THAT is what made it great!! Yet it was not a bit dry and very tender...diet or not...Reuben's for me this week....
