Fanged buck..

I posted this nice deadhead find back in December.

I finally got around to skulling him out.

He smelled so bad by that time that I almost sawed off his rack and called it a day.

 

Instead I got to work with my hatchet and busted some teeth out trying to make quick work of separating the lower jaw.

He was so rotten, the skin almost peeled itself off as soon as it hit the water revealing two sweet FANGS!

 

I just so happened to have an antler that fit this skull perfectly too for a nice stand,lol
