What is hanging from the belly of this deer?

I'm a little confused to what I'm looking at on the belly of the first deer in this video.  Wish I had a better picture or video.

herniated belly button would be my best guess that or a old injury from a fence or something like that looks a little to far forward to be a infected udder and if was that badly infected (speaking as a dairy farmer) I don't believe she would be in such good shape

How in the blazes can you tell anything from that....I have tried pausing it a dozen times and can't manage anything but the last part of exit....I can't even tell if it's a buck or doe...could be an infected male part or a tumor there...in regular speed looks like and udder issue.

I think this is the same deer.
