Nothing too exciting to make me want to go wade through crowds and a measly $10 off $25 coupon.

It was open yesterday , got me for 187 bucks . The store is fairly large , the crowds were not bad at all .I think it will be great addition to the area .

Checked it out quick tonight. Some deals this weekend. Have new Bear crossbows that are nice. Some other stuff dicks alone didn't carry. It'll be good. No bass pro or cabelas though. Better so I'll take it.

It was jammed today, kids had fun watching the fish tank. Ammo is beyond well stocked

They are opening one up n Huntington LI soon as well.  Should be awesome too.

Considering there's been zero update on the rumors of a Bass Pro or Cabela's opening up on the Island, I am stoked for the F&S to open up. I work around the corner from that shopping center and have been stopping by pretty frequently during lunch. I believe the soft opening will be 9/17 and the full grand opening a week or two after.

Did I hear something awhile back that BPS was trying to gobble up Cabelas? Anybody else hear that? 

I have only been to one F&S store... it was pretty nice IMO.
