Pistol License Clarification

Curious. On my pistol license, under Class/Type is says, "Carry No Restrictions". Does this include concealed? Is there a definition of different Class/Types posted somewhere? Tried searching, but couldn't find anything.

All permits you carry concealed for the most part, open carry is really only used for large handguns when hunting. Different counties have different rules and issue permits with certain restrictions which will be printed on the permit.

No restrictions means concealed carry, Also if you have restrictions on your permit P.A. will not allow you to get a carry concealed in their state, at least that is what their pistol permit office told me.

nothing is easy peasy until we as a country get to a point where you don't need to get permits from Florida, Utah, and NY.  forget the fact that permits are restricted and issued differently throughout NY.  blows my mind while "gun control" folks don't just push this versus trying to ban the object or other stupid crap that will do very little.
