Good luck it will be an awesome day no matter what! Nothing like getting out with your kid! In my case with my dad it's still special 7 years in. Days you'll never forget!

No deer today. Will try after noon tomorrow . Still had fun. A black squirrel jumped in our ground blind for a moment. Stayed dry so that was a bonus. Now taking daughter to ballet.

Buddy text to see how things were going out here. Said " she'd be guaranteed to get a shot at one from his blind over food plots " in the evening. Daughter told me " I'd rather have a story , something to be more memorable than that for my first deer". " We've worked hard " Id rather have it be here ( where we usually hunt ) 
I said great answer And smiled behind my head net. Little fist pump I'm rather proud of her answer.
