Ameristep Blind Ground Pin Holes everywhere

Anyone have an Ameristep Ground blind? I never owned a blind always been a treestand or homemade blind guy. My daughter wanted one so I bought her one and I set it up. It has pin holes thousands of them all over it you can see day light. I called the store the said contact the company? I contacted the company. the Company wanted pic's, so I went back up took pics. The company said the holes are normal? Scotch guard it? these holes need chalk LOL. Does anyone own one if so let me know, CS says its normal? The pics are just of some the roof I see my daughter soak in the snow and rain.

The primos blinds I have also have numerous pin holes like that.   Doesn't seem to be problematic.

That's nothing...you should see both of mine ...it is normal and when you spray it....I do mine let them dry 24hrs and hit them again  they will be fine...just looks worse they they are.

i just got a muddy one a few weeks ago and the same pin holes.  Its unavoidable when your stretching fabric so tight to not have some pin holes

Thanks everyone,I was thinking tent with holes LOL. Its up now so I will hold off on spraying it.

Dont want to hijack the thread....but what does everyone use to protect or waterproof their blind?

I can't recall what brand of blind i bought , it is way worse than that ,all the seams show light through and many pin holes throughout.

WATERPROOF SPRAY  2X  .      THEN PLUG HOLES FROM INSIDE WITH GOOP, AIR OUT A FEW DAYS AND GOOD TO GO !!

The two I just bought had pin holes as well. Haven't water proofed them yet, but when I do it will be Scotch Guard and air out for two days.

I sat in mine 2 times now in the rain. Both for 3-4 hours of steady rain. And it had been raining all day prior to me getting there.... No waterproofing spray and I was nice and dry.... Lots of pinholes in my ameristep. I'll waterproof before turkey season next year.

That is why I don't use ameristeps! My double bulls don't have holes in the roof.
