Now I'll be honest, I like Venison quite a bit.  I like cow even more.  This back strap was from my 3 year old buck.  It was cut and wrapped beautifully.  I then grilled to what I think is perfection.  You absolutely cannot tell or taste any game. You might as well say I'm eating prime rib or ny strip.  Some people just don't know what they're missing!

Nice.  I had grilled back straps last week.  Hadn't eaten  venison in a while.  Forgot how good it was!
