Trump is appointing competent people he trusts to get things done. His appointees are wealthy because they're smart and they've earned it. Meritocracy is something the Progressives are just gonna have to get used to, because a "participation trophy" is not the same thing as a win.

And a meme using Sam Elliot's image to promote Socialist thinking is the 'stupid' part of this.
