Hound dog turned 5 today

Rupert got to run and get muddy as only a dog can for his 5th birthday. When he gets up from his nap I'll probably give him ear and belly scratchins while the race is on.

You are so right. When we had to put down my last buddy, Sam, I'm not ashamed to say, I wept like a child.

Sorry to hear about Jenny ,bless you both. I'm in tears often with Angel. She is just so old, yet tries to act like a pup when we are out. I know times running out And she's been my constant companion for 13 yrs. She meets me on the landing each morning. Leans her head and neck tight to my leg in a hug before we start our day. She truly is my best friend.

I'm sure it's fine with everyone , it helps to talk about stuff like that,even if it's just typing it on the computer.
