Yes if you do try this be careful and do not let go of the bow.  Only do it one time and do not start showing everyone how it works, do that with your shooting accuracy.  That will prove how well the let-off and easy of shooting is with this bow.

my thoughts... i think someone should just realize it can do it and not try it.  even if you don't let go but half heartedly keep your hands on it you might just bump it anyway and send it.  if that happens your season is over and both wrists might be in casts or braces.

Synergy is a great hunting bow and a nice stable 3D bow that's not overly slow either.  at full draw in a hunting situation they hold great to finally get that shot off without being too shaky, unlike some bows.  just don't get lax on maintaining back tension, not so much to make a good shot but to keep a steady pin.
