What lure would you use for trout in a creek?

Would you use live bait?

what do you do about those friggin bugs?

How long would you use a lure or bait before trying something different?

Is there a difference between a creek and a stream?

Is fishing best in morning or evening?

Is one color best than other when using spoons?

. . . .

#1- Gennesee

#2- No. It makes your beer can slippery.

#3- keep them out of the beer.

#4- until my beer is empty and I have to set it down to grab another.

#5- No- you should use the same safety precautions for your beer in any body of water

#6-Depends on what time you start drinking.

#7- Never use spoons while fishing. I drink through a straw.

Save your beer until after you have caught your limit of fish.  Otherwise, it will inhibit your ability to detect a strike.   I agree with wooly, that Genny is the best afterwords, along with the fish, for a shore dinner.   They don't call it "the great outdoors in a glass" for nothing, and "pure Hemlock lake water" really does "make it best".

Hey it's only seven questions. So I'll give ya my opinions, for what they're worth.

One eighth, or quarter ounce Panther Martin, white color, silver blade.

Worms with just enough split shot to keep em bouncing  on the bottom, no more.

Deep Woods Off, and a head net.

One hour if you are moving around and have confidence in what you are using. Fifteen minutes if you are stationary and not getting bit.

Creeks and streams vary in size depending on water flow, but are very similar.

For me, mornings hands down.

For spoons, gold or silver for stream fishing. I will also at times put on a small white plastic trailer, to give the spoon more action.
