Well whatever it is it looks like it is full of berries (perhaps elderberries) which might make it some pretty messy raccoon poop.

That's what I would say racoon. It looks the same as bear but much smaller pile.  Although the piles can be deciving. When you see a bear pile you know by the size.

Racoon droppings are more salty compared to bear droppings ! (only kidding ... LOL)
