I had him mounted last year by Southern Tier Taxidermy.  They did a fantastic job on the mount and the backer was solid walnut, not a particle board.  High quality and highly recommended!

Here is my deer I got last year with the trusty ol' 30-06. First evening after first snow of the year.

Thanks. I should have included that it was taken with a Remington 870 at about 65 yards. Inside spread was 21.5 inches. I have it mounted but have not scored it yet.

My two brothers and my father shot these on opening day of rifle season also in Greene County.
