2012_taco
does anyone know what is in those little bottles of wind check? I assume talcum powder or corn starch. I just by a new bottle every couple years but I was thinking you could probably refill it with something I already have in the kitchen. I may try to grab some milk weed next time I see some and try using that.
turkeyfeathers
Tim. I've refilled with baking powder before. Then switched to milkweed. It works so much better. Floats until you can't see it anymore. Catches thermals too. I have some dried and ready to go if you need a pod or two. I can take it to work if you want to stop by. The dried works better than fresh off the plant.
