hi everyone was looking for a processor in new york city or long island wow couldnt find anything on google or even on here we use to do it ourselves but the wives have put a stopped  to that .

I can't help with NYC or LI, but there are several options in Westchester County.

The one on Broadway is a better butcher. I used to get mine done by the manager his name was Peter. I went to grade school with him.
