2008 video - Bowhunting in Geneseo

Here is some footage I took while BowHunting in Geneseo in 2008 . It was toward the end of bow season and it was cccccccccold . I was sitting in a DogHouse Blind that I had placed behind an old locked gate that was on the dead end section of a lane . The gate and brush in friont of it , let the blind blend in . Even thouh the deer were too far away for a bow , it was fun watching them !

If I had taken a tri-pod along , I wouldn't have been shaking and the camera would have stayed in focus ........

some very nice bucks you got on video, is that the norm to see bucks of that caliber in your area or was it one of those days where everything seems to be great?

those are some huge bucks. I thought all the bucks in NYS were killed off at 1.5 yrs ....... Ha-ha. Seriously, it looks like you have a great spot to hunt there.

By the way, I get more of a kick out of those kinds of videos than all those fancy-shmancy professionally produced and directed videos that you see on TV. Keep them coming.

They aren't an every day occurance on that property . Once in a while we see them and it's usually during the rut but it's more seldom , if anything !

Nice fasteddie....that looked like the Wadsworth estate house in the back ground...always good hunting and big buck out that way
