The DEC. want photos sent to them, as they have made several wild goose chases. Hogweed has quite a root system that needs to be removed or it will grow back. The DEC. won't remove it any longer, but will discuss management options. They should do that on their Web site.

Yes I believe they did talk to my neighbor about controlling it. I gues he is not doing a good job! lol
