Doewhacker
Took my son out for the youth weekend yesterday, he got his limit over our dog. I don’t bother with pheasant, too many dummies and I’d rather hunt Woodcock and grouse.
Moho81
I use to all the time. They seem to be so hard to find now a days and with only being able to hunt the weekend I have to deal with everybody else. I trained my lab well on pheasants and we had a lot of fun hunting them. I retired her from hunting last year at 11 years old. She can still do it the problem is she goes all out like she’s a puppy and is sore for days after. I’m was afraid that she might do to much damage in her old age. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

46rkl
Pheasants were the first game I pursued back in 1974. We used to limit most days around the dome arena in Henrietta where Wegmans stands now. All wild birds then. Now it’s just stocked birds on state land. Still fun but definitely different.
