Took my twin 3.5 year old boys out last night

Just a proud dad last night. Both my twin boys went out hunting with me last night we packed snacks and lawn chairs . And sat in our blind.They are getting better and better every year with patience. Last year was 30 minutes. Last night I got an hour out of them. They whispered never broke branches and paid close attention always on the look out. We never saw a deer but I was still proud. These guys are hooked for sure!

Warms my heart to hear stories like this! Get em out there early and often! They are the future of hunting. And the best hunting partners a father will ever have. These are lifelong memories you're making, nice job Dad.

I love it! Brings back memories of my boys! I remember I use to bring out som matchbox cars. And he would play in the dirt. And when I would see something I would whisper. He would pop his head up and watch. Than after it was gone he would play with his cars again. But he knew he couldn't make noise. These are the best of times! Keep up the good work

I have a picture from 20 years ago with my daughter about the same age. A rabbit over one shoulder and a pheasant over the other. went out on a mop up/training  hunt behind our Springer on a preserve. Still one of my favorite pics.

Thanks I really do cherish these times. Hope to be able to harvest a deer this year with them with me but if not it doesn't matter. I had a smile ear to ear last night. Looking fwd to more! Deer or no deer.
