It happened last June, and he was just sentenced. 

First offense , victim didn’t want him to serve “years in jail .”

A bystander was shot in the leg.  He avoids jail time by pleading guilty to 3rd degree assault charges.

Guess what would have happened if he had something good to say about are current president. 

They would have put him under the jail .
