sbuff
I have a spy point force 11d that has now shorted out all the new batteries I placed in it. I have not figured out the exact cause or button sequence yet.But it seems turning on then hitting any button causes all the new batteries to die. This is now the fourth time its happened . Other times I can change the batteries, turn on and go to start camera with no issues. Battery is ray o vac. I tested the said batteries after short and they are reading less the 1vac . As said other times it works perfectly fine after changing batteries. Any thoughts ?

sbuff
Spy point is taking 50% off a new force 11D, [149.00] can't beat that. No complaints from me in dealing with spy point. They are equal to browning customer service .
sbuff
New force 11D arrived, nothing but praise to say about spy point customer service . I believe the force 11D is still the fastest trigger speed on a camera to date , .07 Edited June 7, 2019 by sbuff
philoshop
I know almost nothing about circuit-board electronics, but it sounds like someone in the factory accidentally soldered in a fault. Glad to hear that the company is paying attention, though.
G-Man
Glad they gave you some off..but it still cost $$ for something that should be working for few years..
