Not if it's woodchuck! Actually blur, I thought it was illegal to sell venison too. Perhaps they had a permit or are exempt under law. Doewhacker Posted August 10, 2011 Share Posted August 10, 2011 Yup deer farms are ok to sell their meat, at a smaller stand like that they may very well be selling wild game and with the proper permits it is ok.
