What magazines do you get?

I used to get several magazines. I have since let them all lapse. No matter what magazine it was whether hunting, snowmobiling, cars etc. It seemed like if there was one article in a magazine that pertained to something that interested me, I felt like it was a good month. Most of the time I felt like I just flipped through them and read almost nothing. 20 years ago I was excited when a new magazine came in the mail.

I still get a few. To be honest, I usually don't get around to reading through all of them but they are fairly inexpensive if you do an annual or two year deal.  I feel like its a tough, dying business and I'm helping out a bit with a nominal subscription.

I get quality whitetails thru my qdma membership,

Turkey call thru my nwtf membership,

and I get nys conservationist ..

of the three I rarely open Turkey call.. qdma from time to time, and I do read conservationist from cover to cover.. whitetail news from whitetail institute is a good mag that I read when I get it free with seed order.

Yeah I forgot to mention conservationist, I do get that as well.  Maybe it lapsed, I don't remember the last issue I got.

Whitetail news still comes though i don't know why, mostly pumping their products.  For $8 I just renewed DDH but haven't gotten any yet.   I used to love sitting around pool reading Field and Steam all summer dreaming of October!

Before this gets derailed too much thanks for the advice fellas.  Be nice to read something that like others said isn't antler porn or paid endorsements.  Especially as I start thinking about which rifle to get my 300 win mag bolt in.  That Kimber thread made me start second guessing getting it from Bergara.  Almost went with the Kimber RMEF 10 mil instead of my Siggy.
