Bumped a small 8..shot my entire quiver empty..no blood..haha..jkjk..yesterday jr and i walked the wind and the rain..in the mornin we walked up to a bedded 2pt..and the pm hunt was well worth it with a run in with a 7 pt..he was lookin good thru the peep..however he pulled the hide behind a tree manuver..classic..go bills..out after the game..

Finally in my stand. Its windy but not bad. Overlooking a creek with corn on both sides and heavy trails below. Will be here till dark.

It was the drop tine buck. Was at 30 yards, never had a sshot. Bunch of does in there too. They are in standing corn. Im hoping one steps out.

Started to rain a little but it seems to be clearing. Had 2 fawns out in.front of me for.about 30 min. A doe came in and was spooked by the fawns??? Weird.

Dropped the girlfriend at her mothers house this afternoon. Yes! Head straight up to Stewart. A little late but an hours worth of sitting in the trees is better than nothing. Hot as hell and I left my water bottle in the car. Still, a gorgeous afternoon/early evening.

Been out here since 630. Only sswa doe and a fawn well out of range. Beautiful clear morning though.

Got in stand 615, nice quiet walk in. Saw nothing and nothing, at least another nice morning. Where are the deer??
