I found this recipe the other day and changed it up a little by using ground venison instead of beef, I used jar Jalapenos as that was what i had in the fridge. I think using fresh peppers would be better? You can use corn tortillas or flour, I tried them both and the corn ones get crispy and have a nice crunch, but are difficult to roll up as they tend to break if you don't heat them properly. The flour tortillas firm up but are easier to bite into. I personally like the flour batch better.
