Last night sucess

Before the hunt the deer cart looks like this

Then during the hunt A long 20 yard shot which it took her 20 minutes to break the distance to 20 yards I shoot and score.

Then the work starts and the deer cart becomes full and very usefull on those long drags!!

It turned out to be a good day second doe of the season and now with the freezer full I can go for the big boy or a decent deer. This is when hunting become so much fun you get to really try different stuff and learn new things because the pressure is off. Good luck to all those who are in the woods this year.

Congrats. Especially being traditional. Im still trying to get my first deer with my recurve. Im might even take it out gun season (with the 7mm wsm short mag as backup for the long shots) to try and get one.
