Breakfast sausage

I had a couple of lbs of breakfast sausage so I threw together a breakfast casserole and stuffed some banana peppers. It's a little warm to be in the house with the oven on but I had to get it done. Now, do I make some coffee and have some of the casserole or open a beer and have some peppers? Decisions, decisions?

Made another breakfast pizza with venison breakfast sausage,  peppers and onions, eggs and cheese. These will make a great early morning breakfast for turkey hunting.
