I've ordered there and they ship to NY. Can also get on a notification list for the kind of ammo you want for when it comes in stock.

Yes , more and more ammo is showing up there , and prices are dropping , not to two  years ago levels , but better then months ago .

What is 150 gr 30/30 down to now ?  I will probably wait until Labor day to stock up and try to catch it at the low.

not down. it's still a $1.50 ish a pull for basic stuff like soft points or green box core-lokts. goes up to like $3 for other stuff.
