Whereareyoubuck
I found these in a low lying area right next to a small creek. Didn’t see any droppings or rubs or tracks. I know deer come through here, but not sure how often. Are these scrapes??
Yorehntr
No, looks like feeding sign, of something looking for acorns

Probably not....the easiest way to identify a active scrape is a overhanging branch usually 4-5 ft. above the fresh dig and some times there will be a broken branch on said branch. Turkeys and others will make areas that may appear like scrapes but the overhanging branch is the telltale sign. If it is really active there will be tracks, sometimes droppings, and occasionally will see tine marks in the dirt.
mowin
Most scrapes will have a branch above them and the bucks rub their orbital glands on them.

Could be a spot to ride out the storm this week.
